Some users may experience the problem of the error code 1020/1008 which means that the Virtual Machine on your PC failed to start. Here are some solutions for this problem.

1. Please restart your computer
2. Please turn off the antivirus software and firewall on your computer.

1. Right-click the Nox icon, and click “Open File Location”
2. Click “Nox” to back to the Nox File Folder then choose “noxvm” to enter this folder.
3. Right-click NOXVM and click “Run As Administrator”
